“This is probably the cleanest hostel I’ve ever been to. They have everything for cooking at the place, shops and the market are just around the corner. It’s perfect for hiking day trips! Sergio was also very nice. :)”

“Great stay with Karin & Sergio who treated us like family. Karin answered all of our questions and Sergio took us on day hikes. We had everything we needed at Tabaiba, very clean and quiet. Buenavista is a charming town away from busy tourist spots but still had local restaurants and cafes. Tabaiba was a short walk to the supermarket and bus station, as well as down to the beach and coast. We would recommend to others. Thank you!”
“Tabaiba guesthouse was fantastic. Karin and Sergio are really welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. They have taken a lot of care to provide useful info for guests to plan their visit. The room was spacious and bed was really comfy! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and breakfast was nice. I would recommend booking a guided hike with Sergio, h takes great care to share his knowledge of the wildlife and plants, and information about the area, and showed us beautiful views in the mountains.”
